The First Month Matters Most
Starting a new medication is the highest-stakes window in your care — and exactly when insurance-paced visits leave you on your own. The VIP Intake Program gives you skip-the-line intake plus weekly check-ins for your first month, bundled into one flat fee, with direct access to me personally.
I am the only provider at IPW Health who offers this program.

Concierge Care is private-pay
This program operates outside insurance networks. That is what makes the longer visits, priority scheduling and weekly monitoring possible. You pay the rates below directly, and we provide a detailed superbill after every visit so you can seek out-of-network reimbursement from your plan.
You can often use your HSA or FSA. Many PPO plans reimburse part of out-of-network mental health care. Check your out-of-network benefits with your plan before your first visit.

We provide a detailed superbill after every visit so you can seek reimbursement from your insurance for out-of-network services.
What the $89/month membership includes
Membership covers services insurance does not. It is entirely optional, and it never applies to care your plan already covers.
Non-urgent messaging — write to us between visits and get a reply by the next business day.
Letters and forms at no extra charge — workplace accommodation letters, FMLA paperwork, school documentation. These are rarely covered by insurance and are usually billed separately elsewhere.
An annual written summary of your care — what has been tried, what worked, what did not, and where your treatment plan stands. Useful if you move, change insurers, or add another provider to your team.
Refill handling between visits — for refills that do not require an appointment.
What it is not: membership is not a substitute for appointments, it does not replace insurance, and services covered by Medicare or your health plan are never billed to it. You can cancel at any time.
