Sessions are usually scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. During these sessions, your therapist will work with you using different approaches depending on your needs, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-informed frameworks when appropriate.

Yes. Many of our patients receive both therapy and psychiatric medication management through IPW. Our therapists and psychiatric providers work together, with your consent, to coordinate your care and provide a comprehensive, integrated treatment approach tailored to your needs.
