PERIMENOPAUSE & MENOPAUSE MENTAL HEALTH

PERIMENOPAUSE MENOPAUSE MENTAL HEALTH

Your mood changes aren’t “just stress.” They may be hormonal

Psychiatric care for perimenopause and menopause — from a provider who understands both hormone therapy and psychiatric medication.

Most psychiatrists don’t address hormone therapy. Most menopause specialists don’t manage psychiatric medication. You end up caught in between, often told your labs are “normal” while your mood and cognition are anything but. This track exists to close that gap.

Who this is for:

  • New or worsening mood, anxiety, or cognitive symptoms in your 40s–50s
  • Patients on or considering hormone replacement therapy who need a psychiatric provider who understands the interaction
  • Patients who’ve felt dismissed by previous providers

What’s included:

  • Extended intake including full hormonal history and current HRT status
  • Coordination note back to your OB-GYN or menopause specialist if HRT is involved
  • Option to enroll in the VIP Intake Program for weekly monitoring during your first month on medication
