At Integrative Psychiatry & Wellness (IPW Health), we believe good mental health care should be easy to reach, personal, and unhurried. We're a growing practice with psychiatric nurse practitioners and therapists working side by side, and we're looking for clinicians who share that belief.

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Location: In person at our Mission Viejo, CA office (27201 Puerta Real, Suite 300, Mission Viejo, CA 92691) and/or telehealth for patients in California, Oregon, Washington, and Colorado
Type: 1099 independent contractor; part-time or full-time caseload
Compensation: $90–$130 per hour, paid as a 1099 independent contractor. Where an offer falls in the range depends on experience, the number of states you're licensed in, and schedule. As contractor roles, these positions do not include employee benefits.

What you'll do:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and adult ADHD evaluations
• Provide ongoing medication management
• Support patients with anxiety, depression, PMDD, perimenopause, and postpartum concerns, among others
• Complete documentation such as FMLA paperwork when clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with our therapists on shared patients

What you'll need:

• Active, unrestricted California nurse practitioner license
• National PMHNP board certification (PMHNP-BC)
• California NP furnishing number
• DEA registration, or the ability to obtain one
• Active NP licenses in Oregon, Washington, or Colorado for telehealth are a plus
• Comfort with telehealth and electronic health records

Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist)

Location: In person at our Mission Viejo, CA office (27201 Puerta Real, Suite 300, Mission Viejo, CA 92691) and/or telehealth for clients in California, Oregon, Washington, and Colorado
Type: 1099 independent contractor; part-time or full-time caseload
Compensation: $70 per session, paid as a 1099 independent contractor. The same rate applies to LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and licensed psychologists. As contractor roles, these positions do not include employee benefits.

What you'll do:

• Provide individual therapy for adults
• Provide couples therapy, in person and by telehealth
• Offer trauma-focused care, including EMDR if you're trained
• Collaborate with our psychiatric nurse practitioners on shared clients

What you'll need:

• Active, unrestricted California license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or licensed psychologist
• Licenses in Oregon, Washington, or Colorado for telehealth are a plus
• Comfort with telehealth and electronic health records
• EMDR training or couples therapy experience is a plus
